Chai.com.bd-এ গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিই আমাদের সর্বোচ্চ অগ্রাধিকার। আপনি যদি কোনো কারণে আপনার কেনা পণ্য নিয়ে সন্তুষ্ট না হন, তাহলে আমাদের রিটার্ন নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সহজ, স্বচ্ছ এবং ঝামেলামুক্তভাবে রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ডের সুবিধা পাবেন।
1. Return Time Frame
Most products can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery. The product must remain unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories. Certain categories, including perishable goods, personal care items, and selected electronic products, may not be eligible for return.
১. রিটার্নের সময়সীমা
অধিকাংশ পণ্য ডেলিভারি পাওয়ার ৭ দিনের মধ্যে রিটার্ন করা যাবে। পণ্য অবশ্যই অব্যবহৃত, অক্ষত এবং মূল প্যাকেজিং, ট্যাগ ও আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রীসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে। নষ্ট হওয়ার সম্ভাবনাযুক্ত পণ্য, ব্যক্তিগত পরিচর্যার সামগ্রী এবং কিছু নির্দিষ্ট ইলেকট্রনিক পণ্য রিটার্নের আওতাভুক্ত নাও হতে পারে।
2. Eligibility for Return
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The product must be new, unused, and in resalable condition.
The original packaging, tags, manuals, and accessories must be included.
Proof of purchase such as an invoice or order confirmation is required.
২. রিটার্নের যোগ্যতা
রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য হওয়ার জন্য—
পণ্যটি নতুন, অব্যবহৃত এবং পুনরায় বিক্রয়যোগ্য অবস্থায় থাকতে হবে।
মূল প্যাকেজিং, ট্যাগ, ম্যানুয়াল এবং সকল আনুষঙ্গিক সামগ্রীসহ ফেরত দিতে হবে।
ইনভয়েস অথবা অর্ডার কনফার্মেশনের প্রমাণ প্রদান করতে হবে।
3. How to Return an Item
Contact our Customer Support with your order number and reason for return.
Once approved, you will receive return instructions.
Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect product.
৩. কীভাবে রিটার্ন করবেন
আপনার অর্ডার নম্বর এবং রিটার্নের কারণ উল্লেখ করে আমাদের কাস্টমার সাপোর্টের সাথে যোগাযোগ করুন।
রিটার্ন অনুমোদিত হলে আপনাকে প্রয়োজনীয় নির্দেশনা প্রদান করা হবে।
যদি আমাদের ভুলের কারণে (যেমন ভুল, ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য) রিটার্ন হয়, তাহলে রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচ Chai.com.bd বহন করবে। অন্যথায় এই খরচ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
4. Refund Process
Returned products will be inspected before approval.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
Refunds will be issued through the original payment method whenever possible. If unavailable, an alternative refund method may be offered.
৪. রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া
ফেরত পাওয়া পণ্য যাচাই করার পর রিফান্ড অনুমোদন করা হবে।
অনুমোদিত রিফান্ড সাধারণত ৭–১০ কার্যদিবসের মধ্যে সম্পন্ন করা হবে।
সম্ভব হলে একই পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতিতে অর্থ ফেরত দেওয়া হবে। তা সম্ভব না হলে বিকল্প পদ্ধতিতে রিফান্ড প্রদান করা হবে।
5. Non-returnable Items
The following products are generally not eligible for return:
Personal care products
Opened or used electronic products
Gift cards
Digital products or downloadable items
Subscription-based services
৫. যেসব পণ্য রিটার্নযোগ্য নয়
সাধারণত নিম্নলিখিত পণ্যসমূহ রিটার্ন করা যাবে না—

6. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or a full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable.
৬. ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত বা ত্রুটিপূর্ণ পণ্য
আপনি যদি ক্ষতিগ্রস্ত, ত্রুটিপূর্ণ বা ভুল পণ্য গ্রহণ করেন, তাহলে ডেলিভারির ৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে আমাদের জানান। যাচাই শেষে প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে আমরা রিপ্লেসমেন্ট অথবা সম্পূর্ণ রিফান্ডের ব্যবস্থা করব এবং রিটার্ন শিপিং খরচও বহন করব।
7. Exchange Policy
Customers may request an exchange for a different size, color, or available product. Exchange requests are subject to stock availability and approval.
৭. এক্সচেঞ্জ নীতিমালা
গ্রাহক প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী ভিন্ন সাইজ, রং অথবা উপলব্ধ অন্য পণ্যের জন্য এক্সচেঞ্জের আবেদন করতে পারবেন। এক্সচেঞ্জ সম্পূর্ণরূপে স্টক উপলভ্যতা এবং অনুমোদনের উপর নির্ভর করবে।
