Chai.com.bd-এ আপনাকে স্বাগতম! একটি ই-কমার্স প্ল্যাটফর্ম হিসেবে আমরা বিক্রেতা এবং ক্রেতাদের জন্য নিরাপদ, স্বচ্ছ এবং কার্যকর একটি মার্কেটপ্লেস প্রদান করতে প্রতিশ্রুতিবদ্ধ। বিক্রেতা হিসেবে নিবন্ধন করার আগে অনুগ্রহ করে এই বিক্রেতা নীতিমালাটি মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন। Chai.com.bd-এ বিক্রেতা অ্যাকাউন্ট তৈরি ও পণ্য তালিকাভুক্ত করার মাধ্যমে আপনি এই নীতিমালায় উল্লেখিত সকল শর্তাবলি মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
1. Seller Eligibility
To become a seller on Chai.com.bd, you must:
Be a legally registered business or an individual with the legal authority to sell products.
Ensure that all products comply with applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.
Provide accurate business information, including your business name, contact details, and tax or trade registration information (if applicable).
১. বিক্রেতা হিসেবে যোগ্যতা
Chai.com.bd-এ বিক্রেতা হতে হলে আপনাকে—
আইনগতভাবে নিবন্ধিত ব্যবসা প্রতিষ্ঠান অথবা বৈধভাবে পণ্য বিক্রয়ের অধিকারপ্রাপ্ত ব্যক্তি হতে হবে।
আপনার বিক্রিত সকল পণ্য বাংলাদেশের প্রচলিত আইন, বিধিমালা এবং প্রযোজ্য নির্দেশিকা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
ব্যবসার নাম, যোগাযোগের তথ্য এবং প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে ট্যাক্স বা ট্রেড লাইসেন্স সংক্রান্ত তথ্য সঠিকভাবে প্রদান করতে হবে।
2. Product Listings
Sellers are responsible for creating and maintaining product listings. Each listing must:
Include accurate product descriptions, specifications, prices, and images.
Follow Chai.com.bd's product listing standards.
Not contain misleading information, counterfeit products, or prohibited items.
২. পণ্যের তালিকা (Product Listings)
বিক্রেতা নিজ দায়িত্বে পণ্যের তালিকা তৈরি ও হালনাগাদ করবেন। প্রতিটি তালিকায় অবশ্যই—
সঠিক পণ্যের বিবরণ, মূল্য, স্পেসিফিকেশন এবং পরিষ্কার ছবি থাকতে হবে।
Chai.com.bd-এর পণ্য তালিকাভুক্তির নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
বিভ্রান্তিকর তথ্য, নকল পণ্য বা নিষিদ্ধ পণ্য অন্তর্ভুক্ত করা যাবে না।
3. Pricing and Fees
Sellers are responsible for setting their own product prices.
Chai.com.bd may charge commissions, service fees, or listing fees where applicable. These charges will be communicated before listing or selling products.
Sellers must honor the listed prices and apply promotions or discounts accurately.
৩. মূল্য নির্ধারণ ও ফি
বিক্রেতা নিজেই তার পণ্যের মূল্য নির্ধারণ করবেন।
Chai.com.bd প্রযোজ্য ক্ষেত্রে কমিশন, সার্ভিস চার্জ বা লিস্টিং ফি গ্রহণ করতে পারে। এসব ফি আগেই জানিয়ে দেওয়া হবে।
তালিকাভুক্ত মূল্য অনুযায়ী পণ্য বিক্রি করতে হবে এবং সকল অফার বা ডিসকাউন্ট যথাযথভাবে প্রয়োগ করতে হবে।
4. Order Fulfillment
Sellers must:
Process orders promptly.
Ship products within the promised time.
Provide accurate shipping and tracking information.
Deliver products in proper condition.
৪. অর্ডার সম্পন্নকরণ
বিক্রেতাকে অবশ্যই—
সময়মতো অর্ডার গ্রহণ ও প্রক্রিয়াকরণ করতে হবে।
নির্ধারিত সময়ের মধ্যে পণ্য পাঠাতে হবে।
সঠিক শিপিং ও ট্র্যাকিং তথ্য প্রদান করতে হবে।
পণ্য নিরাপদ ও ভালো অবস্থায় গ্রাহকের কাছে পৌঁছে দিতে হবে।
5. Returns and Refunds
Sellers must comply with Chai.com.bd's Return Policy by:
Processing return and refund requests fairly and promptly.
Providing customers with a simple return or exchange process.
Following the return conditions stated in their product listings.
৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
বিক্রেতাকে Chai.com.bd-এর রিটার্ন নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করতে হবে এবং—
রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ডের আবেদন দ্রুত এবং ন্যায্যভাবে নিষ্পত্তি করতে হবে।
গ্রাহকের জন্য সহজ রিটার্ন বা এক্সচেঞ্জ প্রক্রিয়া নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
পণ্যের তালিকায় উল্লেখিত রিটার্ন নীতিমালা অনুসরণ করতে হবে।
6. Customer Support
Sellers must provide professional and timely customer support by responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently.
৬. গ্রাহক সহায়তা
বিক্রেতাকে গ্রাহকের প্রশ্ন, অভিযোগ ও সমস্যার দ্রুত, ভদ্র এবং পেশাদার সমাধান নিশ্চিত করতে হবে।
7. Taxes and Compliance
Sellers are responsible for complying with all applicable tax laws, including:
Collecting and paying VAT or other applicable taxes.
Ensuring products comply with applicable laws and regulations.
৭. কর ও আইনগত প্রতিপালন
বিক্রেতা সকল প্রযোজ্য আইন ও কর সংক্রান্ত দায়িত্ব নিজে বহন করবেন। এর মধ্যে রয়েছে—
প্রযোজ্য ভ্যাট বা অন্যান্য কর সংগ্রহ ও পরিশোধ করা।
সকল পণ্য আইনসম্মত এবং প্রযোজ্য বিধিমালা অনুযায়ী বিক্রি করা।
8. Seller Account Suspension
Chai.com.bd reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate a seller account if the seller:
Violates platform policies or applicable laws.
Sells counterfeit, prohibited, or illegal products.
Repeatedly fails to fulfill orders or respond to customers.
৮. বিক্রেতা অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত বা বাতিল
নিম্নলিখিত পরিস্থিতিতে Chai.com.bd বিক্রেতার অ্যাকাউন্ট সাময়িকভাবে স্থগিত বা স্থায়ীভাবে বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে—
প্ল্যাটফর্মের নীতিমালা বা আইন লঙ্ঘন করলে।
নকল, নিষিদ্ধ বা অবৈধ পণ্য বিক্রি করলে।
বারবার অর্ডার সম্পন্ন করতে ব্যর্থ হলে বা গ্রাহকের অভিযোগের যথাসময়ে সমাধান না করলে।
9. Seller Rights and Responsibilities
Sellers have the right to:
Manage and update product listings.
Set product prices.
Receive payments for completed orders according to platform policies.
Sellers are responsible for:
Keeping contact information updated.
Handling customer complaints professionally.
Maintaining accurate seller profile information.
৯. বিক্রেতার অধিকার ও দায়িত্ব
বিক্রেতার অধিকার—
নিজের পণ্যের তালিকা পরিচালনা ও হালনাগাদ করা।
নিজের পণ্যের মূল্য নির্ধারণ করা।
প্ল্যাটফর্মের নীতিমালা অনুযায়ী সম্পন্ন হওয়া অর্ডারের অর্থ গ্রহণ করা।
বিক্রেতার দায়িত্ব—
সর্বদা সঠিক যোগাযোগের তথ্য প্রদান ও হালনাগাদ রাখা।
গ্রাহকের অভিযোগ পেশাদারভাবে পরিচালনা করা।
বিক্রেতা প্রোফাইলের সকল তথ্য সঠিক রাখা।
10. Dispute Resolution
If any dispute arises between a seller and a customer, Chai.com.bd may act as a mediator to help both parties reach a fair resolution. Both parties are expected to cooperate throughout the process.
১০. বিরোধ নিষ্পত্তি
বিক্রেতা ও গ্রাহকের মধ্যে কোনো বিরোধ সৃষ্টি হলে Chai.com.bd নিরপেক্ষ মধ্যস্থতাকারী হিসেবে উভয় পক্ষকে গ্রহণযোগ্য সমাধানে পৌঁছাতে সহায়তা করতে পারে। উভয় পক্ষকেই এই প্রক্রিয়ায় সহযোগিতা করতে হবে।
